•Managed the relationship with the printing and distribution vendor including defining requirements and schedules for modifications to quarterly DC statements and participant transaction confirmation statements.

•Supported the relocation of the print and distribution vendor, including the addition of data encryption and enhanced file transmission procedures.

•Supported the annual Disaster Recovery tests for both Mainframe and Server based applications.

Managed the group responsible for the configuration, customization, installation, vendor contact, and support of Sungard OmniPlus and OmniPay record keeping applications.

•Worked with Sungard to define and develop the OmniPlus DB2 version.
