Manage a project team of 3 recruiters, 1 sourcing specialist and 1 coordinator that provided advanced recruitment support for IT, Supply Chain, Mergers & Acquisitions positions within the corporate and distribution areas of Walgreens business units. The average time to fill these positions was approximately 44.4 days. The total number of positions filled from May of 2022 to June of 2023 was over 700. Out of the total positions filled, 28 percent were considered as diverse candidates. On average, job requisitions were open for 37 days before being filled.

Tools: Brassring/Kenexa, Taleo, Calendly and other recruiting technologies necessary to fulfill position requirements.
