I handled the Turns management of all the assets acquired and maintained in the portfolio of Sylvan Road in the Baltimore/Baltimore County Metropolitan Area. Once an asset was acquired or a tenant moved out, I performed an in depth assessment of the property and developed a scope of work and budget to be approved by upper management. Once approved, I assigned and supervised licensed contractors to complete the work. I performed quality control checks on the work performed making sure it aligned with Sylvan standards. I closed out each Turn making sure it was “Move-In,” ready. I facilitated weekly and monthly meetings in which I updated upper management on the progress of all turns in my area.
