Experience Summary

My experience in engineering (FEED) procurement & construction continuous in collecting field data assisting project management in progress status (includes monthly billing preparation). This includes updating WSWD (weekly statement of working days) dailies inclusive of graphics & technical reporting system and quantity installed work. I have provided basic project support in updating as-builts, claim preparation of documents and administration as well as coordination between teammates/ contractor. This includes interfaces / follow up and ensuring that milestones are fully met. I have assisted in preparation of RFI submittals, daily inspection reports & document filing as well. I have assisted the CM in EVM reports to see how much expenses were incurred weekly (COR) in the projects via excel spreadsheet as Scheduler in several State & Federal jobs. I gained combined +25 years of experience in engineering (ROW) and construction projects using CPM. I have experience in cost & resource loading schedules via bid items (SOV), schedule updating and re-sequencing of work activities and conceptual required by RFP using detailed work breakdown structure in Primavera P6/ Project Analyzer/ Visualizer (claim digger)/MS Project Professional. I can read & interpret specifications & design drawings for quantity takeoff. If claims are provided by the contractor, I analyzed changes as to how much time/cost entitlement is equitable to complete the project. I used Delay Analysis spreadsheet for Windows excel. Proficient in addressing (RFP) proposals for bidding purposes – Federal/State building construction and engineering, Linear scheduling summarizing schedule in simplified line scheduling profile. The reports were reported to the project management in addressing COR, SOV, RFI, RFP, CPMS, 3WLA, Shop Dwg. Control, MPR to address this subject matter, at its earliest time. Scope compilation into a graphical representation to depict steps for easy explanation to be coordinated with the TEAM.

Permits were also addressed in the breakdown of work schedule per specification and 100% design conformed working drawings as part of the critical path.

Develops cost/schedule Baseline proposal for TRC at the Bay Area projects/Sacramento/ L.A. Monitors/reports progress & Baseline schedule review for management approval & recommendations. While with Foster Wheeler, scope of work of the project included cable pulling and installation of cable trays from the Coker Unit to the newly constructed Main Control Center. This work includes termination of cables and wire to existing substation. Responsibilities included weekly schedule review/ reports (combined cost) from contractors to ensure weekly progress data are accurate. This required coordination and compilation of schedule dates and man hour/cost expenditures from contractors, scheduling other work outside the Pre-turnaround work. Also responsible for the coordination and scheduling of drawings to be issued for construction necessary for permitting in all phases of engineering work. Monitored and coordinated with the engineering leads to ensure that dates are consistent with the field construction reports.
