Responsible for painting, sheet rock work, concrete work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general upkeep of the Club and the surrounding property. Responsible for set ups for events and holidays. On the golf course, I was responsible for aeration, running backhoe. I also received certification in pool operations to keep the country club pool in excellent condition.

General maintenance Engineer handling all types of repair, set up and maintenance of the building and individual guest rooms. Responsible for painting, flooring, sheet rock work, concrete work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general upkeep of the hotel itself. Filled in as Chief Engineer for two other Hilton properties in Arkansas. 2013 Employee of the Month, 2013 Employee of the Year and Embassy Suites Spirit Award winner and 2013 Hospitality Awards Engineering finalist.

Commercial pest control specialist handling multiple high dollar accounts for large companies and small businesses from hospitals, factories to restaurants in a tri-state area (TX,LA,OK). Responsible for various types of pest control work, both eradication and preventative maintenance for contracts. 2018 top grossing technician in Arkansas. 2021 - 2022

Responsible for all facets of club house and surrounding grounds including concrete and tile work, construction projects involving drywall and painting along with electrical and plumbing. Responsible for facility maintenance yearly budget and capital improvements. Maintaining and repairing tennis courts, including irrigation system and yearly resurfacing of the courts, along with maintenance and repair of the pickle ball courts. Other responsibilities include the maintenance and upkeep of the pool, including, but not limited to balancing chemicals, cleaning and maintaining pool equipment, pool house and property.

ACTIVITIES

I enjoy spending free time on my motorcycle, grilling for family and friends, playing golf, scuba diving or doing projects at home.
