I was the BOH Mgr./Chef and took care of inventory controls, operating and closing all 5 stations. Preparation for the next day, sanitation, cleaning, labeling, and rotating all products. Project manager Kaul Properties 2017-2018

Supervised a $250,000 redesign of a corporate headquarters into a rehabilitation facility including the installation of 8 handicapped equipped bedrooms and 11 new bedrooms both residential and handicapped. Complete renovation of 40 acres of landscaping including an apple orchard with over 200 trees. The project was completed on time and below budget to the satisfaction of both buyer and seller.

Responsible for 28 employees, paying all bills including taxes, purchasing, scheduling, cooking, inventory control, serving, and all aspects of daily business from the front door to the back door. Maintain proper health codes and quality control. Reconciliation of all sales. Developed marketing campaigns and coordinated special events.

Pastoral Business Consulting and Franchise Development with Chick-fil-A. Personal advisor to Truett Cathy, Secret Boss, Business analyst, and efficiency consulting with Waffle House Franchise Owners. Unique Distribution of Cajun/Creole food products in Louisiana and Texas to over 120 grocery stores. Catering lunch and dinner for up to 700 people per week.

Meat Packer, Meat Cutter, Territory Sales and responsible for purchasing millions of dollars per month in resources and supplies in the beef, pork, poultry, and seafood industry. Maintained Executive accounts such as Barksdale Airforce Base, numerous gambling Casinos, Hospitals, and the HRI industry, now called the Hospitality industry. Member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association.
