Summary I am a public health manager with about fifteen (15) years of progressive work monitoring and evaluating (M&E) public health programs to ensure that they are efficient and effective. I worked for the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Nigeria office for eight

(8) years and was promoted twice until I rose to the position of Branch Chief because of my leadership in bringing about innovative, intentional, proactive and equitable design and implementation of M&E approaches for complex programs. I developed M&E plans, data management plans, protocols, peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and other information products. Before I joined CDC, I worked for APIN Public Health Initiative for about five (5) years as M&E Lead and Family Health International for about two (2) years. • Monitoring, Evaluation, Data Analysis and Science, I provided administrative and technical leadership for the Monitoring, Evaluation and Data Analytics and Science branch. I supervised seven staff and worked with them to develop annual work plans.

• I led the development of a unified M&E plan for highly diverse but integrated and complex but equitable programs (Evaluation and Performance Monitoring Plan) for the various CDC Cooperative Agreements in Nigeria

• I led the design and implementation of highly responsive and proactive data management plan. The data system was built around the electronic medical record system, the Nigeria Medical Record System (NMRS) and the National Data Repository (NDR). I developed the data governance for the data system, which facilitate easy interactions and productivity.

• Most significant of my data analytics and visualization work was the development of the NDR analytic workspace (NAWS) and dashboard and the client-centric monitoring dashboard in the NMRS for management of clients with chronic illnesses.

• I developed the protocol for secondary data analysis, which was approved by CDC IRB and the Nigeria Health Research Ethics Committee of the Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria. This included the data use agreement.
