The fire unfortunately, destroyed and permanently closed, Mr. Stillman’s practice. Administrative duties included patient scheduling, account deposits, insurance, spreadsheets and working on Dentrix dental software daily for patients. MD Inspections Inc: Magalia, Ca. (June 2017 to July 2018) Worked as an office secretary performing home office administration duties for a construction inspection firm. Tasks included, daily report filing, emailing of inspections, coordination and assistant to plan review/document control. Landis Facial Surgery: Chico & Oroville Ca. (September 2016 to May 2017) Employed as a surgical assistant for Dr. Randy Landis. Aside from dental and facial surgical assistance, job duties also included patient charting and consultations. Job duties included operation of autoclave instrument sterilization equipment and ICAT Scans. Kremer Dental Care: Chico Ca.
