Prior to October, 1990, I worked for HCA Centennial Medical Center, Nashville, TN, as Nurse Recruiter before moving to the corporate office into Physician Recruitment as a Physician Recruiter. When the divestiture occurred creating Quorum, I worked there until my move to Memphis.

CURRENT GOALS

Though retired and active, I would like to provide Recruitment/Sourcer services as a remote/part time employee. I need a purpose and commitment for a more satisfying lifestyle, plus let’s face it, it’s fun to make money!

I am healthy, physically active with excellent judgement skills. An important strength is my ability to build and maintain good relationships with peers and candidates. I am articulate, honest, enjoy “the hunt”, and comfortable with cold-calls, social media and ATS systems. My experience includes direct recruitment of physician leaders, practicing physicians, RNs and some NPs. Non-healthcare recruitment is of interest to me, although, I understand there would be a learning curve. I am not afraid of learning new systems or methods. Benefits are not required.
