This restaurant is listed as one of Colorado’s finest Italian restaurants. Only superb service was acceptable to the patrons. We kept the dining room and kitchen impeccable. The customers were always invited to visit with the chef. We prepared desserts, cappuccinos and lattes after a fine meal.

The Horny Toad Restaurant

This establishment has been in business for over 30 years. Well known by all the resorts in Scottsdale. We serviced 400-600 plates a day during tourist season. I started out as server/ bartender, but quickly moved into full time bartending. I worked the bar alone and serviced 6 waitresses. This is a very fast paced restaurant with lots of return customers. This job was fun and I loved it!

Shortly after on a Friday night at the peak of business, I unknowingly waited on secret shopper. I received 100% grade. I was promoted with a raise and to lead trainer. Great restaurant and learned a lot about the business.
