I was taught the wide variety of volume that can be applied to lashes, I use this technique to properly assist clients with booking to ensure they receive the exact look they want. Filing and organizational skills have been a huge role taken on during my time as a lash consultant there.

This position heightened my understanding of marketing & up-selling. Esthetic work comes with a lot of trust put into me behind my clientele . The services elevate the clients confidence & keep them coming back for more. The work doesn't stop once the esthetic services are completed, the photography and advertising begin immediately after. This position also requires me to keep up with inventory, policies, payments & rent and building websites/social media.
