• Led team to analyze, develop, and implement ITSM (IT Service Management) solution using the TBM framework and APPTIO service modeling to determine product and application TCO (Total cost of Ownership).

• Developed model to determine Total Technology costs for S&P and devise consumptive methodology to allocate these costs to the revenue generating business (divisions) as part of their P&L statement.

• Led the overall financial management (Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance analysis, Headcount and compensation analysis, monthly and quarterly management reviews...) of the main areas within the Digital Technology Services tower of S&P Global.

• Served as Finance Business Partner across divisions to communicate and review shared services costs and allocations and worked with the divisional finance teams to identify areas for cost optimization.
