Roofer-Flat Tear offs and new construction of flat roofs. Screwing down insulation board, gluing or mechanically fastening TPO on top of ISO boards cutting metal and attaching to curbs of ac units, mopping hot tar on repair jobs. I achieved a certificate for passing a hands signaling test to direct the crane operator where to land the materials on the roof.

Roofer-Shingles Tear offs and new construction of homes. Hand nailing three tab and architectural shingles. Rolling out felt paper onto wood and using button caps to hold in place. Using all safety measures on steeper roofs by setting up scaffolds and using walk boards. Exchanging rotten wood with new ply or OSB. Cutting out ridges on the tops of homes to create air circulation in attic. Covering exposed peak with ridge vent then capping off the vent. I am Knowledgeable of all hand and power tools to complete the job in a safe and timely manner.

Restaurant Hand washing pots and pans and sterilizing silverware. Operating dishwashing machine by stacking dishes and drinking glasses in their appropriate racks. Helping chef where ever he or she needs me. Performing preparation duties such as chopping vegetables and making salads. Other functions of the job would involve checking inventory in cooler recording what the head chef needs and getting low on. Also disposing out dated goods and making sure cooler is clean and walk in accessible.
