To plan and organize Production planning accordingly Projects and its delivery date. Arranging and allocate Manpower depends on Working Process and urgency of project. Study of Drawings and BOM, customer specification and quality plan for Achieving Targets within Time. To confirm and Insure the Materials and bought of items which is given are according to BOM or not. Daily morning taken TBT and then allocate manpower as per work schedule. Hands on different welding processes like GTAW, FCAW, SMAW, SAW. Handover materials to the contractors and workers with confirmation of dates. Providing Equipment’s and Consumables which are required for projects. Doing daily basis inspection of jobs and maintain check sheet for proper tracking of project status. Daily Reporting of job progress to the senior Engineer and production manager. As per customer requirements taken various inspection process like RT, UT, PT, MT, VT, Hydro Test, Pneumatic Test etc. After testing If repair found then attend that repairs and again taken test. Analysis of that repairs and taken precaution in next work.

Monitor daily production activities according to the plan. Offering Job Inspection after completion of each and every stages which are mention in drawing or if necessary. After completion of job offering to quality department to inspect that job and then they offer to customer for inspection and.
