Consults with the Turn executive team in growth strategy in a zero-waste industry recycling, developing strong vertical integration in an underutilized but critical area of circular waste disposal and reemployment. Leads the oversight and implementation of a local Urban Farm collective, aggregating the products of similarly minded urban farmers who reflect his values of employing environmental and social responsibility. Economic and environmentally sound strategies introduced in an historically underprivileged neighborhood in South Dallas has been challenging but rewarding and has contributed significantly to the community’s rapid economic and agricultural growth and attained national attention. As the lead responsible for obtaining over two million dollars of grants to support both a self-contained hydroponic growth system as well as water efficient systems for eternal planting, this project is anticipating rapid future growth through its collaborators and newly established franchise educational facility for future farmers.
