Responsibility's

Startup, shut-down and operating wells, process and utility systems, etc. through control panel (DCS, SSS, F&G, CCTV, managed load demand. Run the plant in safe operation limits with maximum possible efficiency and equipment’s reliability.

Safe and smooth operation during start-up / shut down following proper SOP with continuous radio communication with field operator & manager operations. React quickly and confidently in emergency operation like equipment or unit tripping and Black out conditions.

H2 gas plant knowledge,& Seal oil system.

Responsibility's

To Monitor the Operation parameters of the system at local and coordinate with the C activities that affect operation. Responsible for safe start up/shut down of the plant a Procedures. Quick response during emergency operation of the plant.. Comply with safety rules and regulations. Be familiar with the fire equipment in his Shift manager and CCR Operator.

Familiar with plant P&IDs, SOPs, Work instructions, basic control logics as well as and any other related documents.

Monitoring all parameters at local and enter periodic readings on log sheets. Summ place during his shift in the log book.

Inspect the area and auxiliaries during the shift to make sure that all equipment pa abnormalities to the CCR Operator/ manager.

Performing equipment change over according to preset schedules. Raise work req equipment.

Coordinate with CCR Operator/ manager isolating and tag out the equipment and s Maintain a tidy housekeeping in the work area and ensure clean up after maintenan Assist in the training and familiarization of new operators.
