Operations Manager (5/2019)-Help to manage opening and closing duties including making sure the store runs efficiently as possible. Answer phones promptly and help any guest complaints or needs. I also assist servers in all areas, party host to facilitate their experience while having a private event. Most importantly manage labor and sales every hour as well for the period and overseeing 186 employees.

HR(4/2020)- Involved with recruiting new hires and going through the hiring process which included phone screening, in person interviews. Once hired I would process I-9's and background checks and facilitate with orientation and training. Retention rate averaged every period around 86%-89%.

SERVER(6/2018)- Ensuring our guest have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and also being attentive with all our guests needs and questions. Getting up to date with our promotions and our specials. Being knowledgeable of our menu items and drinks.
