• Worked with Johnson & Johnson to develop industry-leading and future-proof HCP engagement model by enabling personalization via HCP Micro-segment driven engagement strategy. o A two-tier segmentation approach combines demographic data-based clustering (ML based) with the engagement data-based clustering (ML based) to uncover the granular micro-segments of HCPs. o Leveraging Microsegments, various engagement campaign effectiveness can be evaluated by Test and Learn capability. o Achieved 4.7% incremental lift with 91% confidence intervals.

• Developed a set of algorithms that can serve as early warning systems to systematically identify and flag anomalies in brand performance, promotional activities, and consumer engagement. o Temporal Anomaly Detection using ARIMA, metric delta detection using feature distribution, regime shift detection with piece wise regression, isolation forest was used to detect the anomalies in the campaigns. o Helped the brand team to stop 25 underperforming campaigns midway and saved around 10% of the total spend. o Achieved tried to reallocate the budget which improved the ROAS by 15%.

• Dataset extracted from Solcast, a reliable online platform that provides solar irradiance data from various locations across the world. The objective was to improve prediction accuracy using the XGBOOST algorithm and compare its performance with other machine learning techniques.

• Data cleaning steps, such as outlier treatment and handling missing values, were employed to preprocess the data. This was followed by exploratory data analysis using various visualization techniques to gain insights into the data and identify patterns and trends.

• To optimize the performance of the model, hyperparameter tuning techniques were applied, specifically GridSearchCV and RandomsearchCV. These techniques were used to find the best combination of hyperparameters that would maximize the model's performance.
