• Calculating and processing retirement sick-day terminal pay according to contract guidelines

• Tracking, calculating and processing longevity incremental pay in adherence with negotiated agreements

• Miscellaneous job responsibilities include: Typing of correspondence, updating and maintaining personnel files both electronic and physical files; creating and maintaining staffing spreadsheets for tracking attendance, staffing, coursework, board updates, and payroll; liaison with various departments and building staff; coordinating with Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent regarding personnel matters; processing payroll authorizations for buildings’ extracurricular payroll including supervisions, detentions, coaching, etc.; daily attendance and follow up when required; prior approval requests for absences June 2009 – November 2012: Claims Auditor / Clerk Typist

• Proofread newsletters and correspondence and made revisions when necessary
