Senior Program Manager, Release Manager, ScrumMaster Delivered 50+ products annually (On-Prem, Cloud, SaaS, AI), including Cloudera Data Platform partner offerings, IBM Big SQL and Watson Query on Cloud Pak for Data supporting Amazon S3, ROSA. • Managed simultaneous projects as I led teams to release quality deliverables. Coordinated the Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring/Controlling, and Closing items for each project. • Cybersecurity: served as Brand Leader for 200+ products. Provided technical guidance and trained worldwide Product Responders. Reviewed remediation plan fixes, reviewed/approved security bulletins published for Clients. Negotiated Statement of Work (SOW) coverage and funding for open-source code clearance and penetration tests. Reviewed security architecture and information security system designs with Engineering teams and BISO. Collaborated with product Security Architects on evidence required for corporate security reviews. Escalation focal point to Management and Executives.

• Collaborated with Engineering team to review Data Security and Governance features for each release. Data access/classification/policies/privacy/retention features were reviewed with CISO team to ensure that they met corporate standards. Reviewed Threat Assessment and Penetration Test results and created action plans as needed.

• Incorporated Client feedback for release planning, ensured future releases included IBM and Open Source Software (OSS) updates that resolved Cybersecurity issues.

• Reviewed test strategies and test results, guaranteeing new coverage was successful.

• Served as Proof-of-Concept (POC) leader for clients, serving as ScrumMaster for engineering, performance, release, and account teams and creating and maintaining documents, including use cases / queries, test results, Salesforce tickets / updates, and action items.

Senior Quality Assurance Manager, Project Manager July 2012 - December 2017 Demonstrated technical leadership as I led teams to deliver high-quality products and process improvements. Championed tool implementation that enabled developers to run automated Build Verification Test (BVT) tests before code check-in; result was reduced defects discovered by QA. Designed dashboard to report status to Product Management and Leadership team. Managed defects to ensure fixes corrected reported problems.

• Led DevOps and Engineering teams to add new BVT/Regression automated integration tests for IBM and Open Source products which expanded test coverage, provided quicker resolution time for defects, and identified and added coverage for critical analytics scenarios.

• Led infrastructure team to pilot, maintain, and analyze upgraded Automation BVT, running tests after each successful build to serve as indicator of build’s health.

• Delivered best migration experience through quality customer engagements by producing test strategies and plans, developing presentations for introductory meetings, creating dashboards to track migration, and facilitating meetings to prepare for and track migration, upgrade, and installation.

• Implemented improvements and made strategic upgrades that significantly reduced percentage of failing test cases after deploying new Jenkins services to separate QA, regression, and development BVT and leading teams to create automated build process.

• Reduced full regression cycle time from 96 hours to 8 by adding customer use cases and leading QA team to provision new VMs and rebalance script workloads, achieving parallel execution and automating installation of customer fixes.

• Drove customer advocacy which in turn increased Enterprise License Agreements to $2.6M after reviewing escalated customer complaints, meeting with team leaders to understand key inhibitors, and hosting “What if” sessions to allow presentations on how to improve execution of use cases.
