C&C Solutions September 1999-Present

Since 1999 we have consulted for manufacturers of equipment, service, and niche products for the retail and automotive industries. We put the most innovative manufacturers together with the most progressive FMs, BSCs Retailers and Automotive OEMs.

- Reduced Lowes’ repair expenditures in excess of 2 million dollars over the past 4 years (service provider).

- Doubled the size of one customer’s business portfolio within 18 months with a $15 million contract with Walmart.

- Added 1 million dollars to the bottom line of a small commodity manufacturer boosting business by 35%.

- In final evaluation stages with a maintenance solution for Ford that will reduce repair time’s by up to 25%.

- Contributor to Ford Facilities Efficiencies Board, providing solutions to challenging facility maintenance issues.

Director of National Accounts Retail and Automotive Nov 2013 - Present Karcher North America

-Brought in 26 new National Accounts totaling over 3.5 million dollars in new business over an 18-month period including, The Ford Motor Company, ABM, Staples, OfficeMax/Office Depot and Michaels.

-Produced more walk-behind scrubber sales then the entire North American Sales force combined amounting to 66% of all walk behind scrubbers sold in North America

-Largest single unit sale to a retailer in company history (Michaels) totaling in excess of 1.2 million dollars

- Developed a program that assisted Michaels Stores in reaching their goal of reducing their cleaning budget by 40%

-Signed Contract to be the preferred supplier to Fiat/Chrysler for plants, facilities, and dealer partners.

Tacony Corporation Sep. 2011 – Oct 2013

-Built the National Account Department from infancy to in excess of 3.5 million dollars within two years accounting for 12% of floor division sales.

-Developed the Carpet program for J.C. Penny that reduced their labor cost by 45% and Improved their CSI score by 20%.

- Booked the largest sale in the 40-year history of the company totaling 2.05 million dollars.

-Accounted for 87% of all of the CFR divisions revenue (2.8 million dollars) Director of National Accounts

RPS Corporation Sep. 2009- Sept. 2011

-Rebuilt a struggling Distribution Network by adding three million dollars in new business in the first year (15% of the entire company business)

-Produced the single largest and most profitable National Account (Lowes) totaling in excess of 10 million dollars

-Consistently grew new business by minimum of 20% yearly taking it from my three much larger worldwide competitors (Karcher, Tennant, Nilfisk) companies that were 5o times our size.

-Awarded two best practices for General Motors for both Walk- behind and ride- on scrubbers for improving both productivity and safety.

-Developed a National Account Service Partnership that allowed working on our as well as our competitor’s equipment Nationwide.
