I assembled and shipped multiple welcome kits for Alpha Romeo, assisted Sales Reps & Customers with placing orders and making sure they were produced and shipped correctly and on time. I assisted the Purchasing Manager with anything that he needed. Generated and processed multiple Purchase Orders and followed each one through to delivery to Mimeo.

·I worked closely with our hiring manager to source outside assistance, Temp Labor. And was responsible for generating weekly Purchase Orders for multiple cells across multiple staffing agencies. I also processed all of the temp labor invoices. Including ensuring that the charges and hours worked are correct.

·I placed multiple daily orders via several different communication streams. (Fax, Email, Website and phone orders.

·I scheduled meetings with our Vendors and worked with them to create and implement “Best Practices” to benefit mimeo and reduce cost.

·Tracked all pricing changes and alerted our Department Director if anything unusual popped up.

·There are many other responsibilities, too many to list here. I will send more details if requested.

·Mimeo uses Citrix AX to manage their inventory levels for raw materials as well as Customer Owned Inventory.

·Assisted in several different Production Cells as needed.

·I only lost my job due to COVID-19 pandemic. Otherwise, I would still be at this position.

·Assisted Sales Reps and/or customers with anything that may be needed. For example, acquiring warehouse space for customer owned inventory that the customer wants to add into an order. Building documents and uploading them to the customer’s account library.

·Trained customer’s and sales reps on how to navigate the mimeo website and set up their library. I trained them on building their own documents, creating kits with their customer owned inventory. And to build their own customized Market Place Account to allow others in their company to review and order documents they may need.

·Worked closely with inventory personnel to ensure accurate counts for customer owned inventory. I generated and sent Inventory Reports and sent to each customer so they could maintain their inventory levels.

·Assisted in Production Cells as needed.
