MARKETING AND EVENTS COORDINATOR

A professional Tradeshow Coordinator who is seeking the role of a Marketing and Events Coordinator utilizing my global experience managing the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and brand experience of small-and large-scale events with a focus on trade shows, logistics, social media, digital marketing, and emails. Experience and cultural understanding of global markets and event practices. Excellent interpersonal skills and tested ability to negotiate between people with different training and different approaches to problems. Technical skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, Google suite, Teams, Zoom, AP Style, Adobe Acrobat, Slack, Photoshop, Premier Pro.

Tradeshow Coordinator

Books national and international trade shows and event sponsorships, including assisting in the design of exhibit layouts, ordering booth services, scheduling and reserving employee travel requirements, and coordinating outbound shipments of products and other marketing materials.

• Coordinates PartsBase tradeshow event logistics, including catering, invitations, and promotional materials.

• Manages vendor relationships, negotiates contracts, and oversees booth construction and decorations.

• Collaborates with the marketing team to manage social media accounts, create content, and schedule posts.

• Updates and manages the events calendar and briefs key leaders on a weekly basis on the upcoming schedule.
