-Daily communication via email & Phone between loan closers, notaries, closing, and underwriting toclear any issues of missing addendums or other Mortgage Documents missing from a file.

-Sorted, Filed and Distributed packages (Fedex). Imported those documents & checks (packages) intotheir files (Folders) to make them ready for disbursements. Packages arrived daily and the above step I'd perform audit of the completed files ensuring there was nothing missing.

-I created a newer, FASTER and more EFFICIENT system of getting work completed. The result of thissystem I began made for a much more productive end product (More files completed in 1 days' time which otherwise would have taken several. I wanted to help the flow of the closed files getting into disbursements area faster because that was the goal of the bank. They had no tracking system involved so I started the method of tracking my work using Excel. This came in handy and solved any issues of loan closers needing to know where the files were far as if they've moved on already to disbursements. It also showed my boss the amount of work I've completed in a day.
