Dr. Elgamal is a highly trained urologic surgeon (Clinical, Researcher, and Lecturer). He has over 15 years of Urology practice and experience. He is a graduate of the University of Al-Azhar Medical School and completed his Urologic training, followed by Urologic Oncology subspecialty fellowship training at Al-Azhar University Hospitals in Cairo, Egypt.
He has a long professional experience in Endo-Urology in addition to his significant experience as an Uro-Oncologist Surgeon.

Area of Practice and Specialties
Dr. Elgamal has a wide range of interests and experience in Urology.
-Urinary stones management with modalities of treatment including Laser stone disintegration by flexible Ureteroscopy, semi-rigid Ureteroscopy, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
-Benign prostatic hyperplasia management either medically or by performing different minimally invasive surgeries including TURP with monopolar, bipolar electrosurgical units. Also, performing Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate using high power laser and laser vaporization using the green laser. We started using Rezum Water Vapor system with a promising results.
-Endo-Urology: Has advanced skills in all Endo-urologic procedures. In addition to Urolithiasis extraction and disintegration, most other procedures are Renal (PCN, PCNL). Ureteric (Ureteroscopy including stricture, stents, and tumor resection). Bladder (TURT, Cystolapaxy, TUR or Fulguration of bladder ulcer,). Prostate, (TURP, TUIP, PVP, HOLAP, HoLEP), Urethra (Strict. Urethra, posterior urethral valve, and BNO,)
-Urologic Oncology: More than 15 years of experience in cancer bladder management procedures including TURT, different types of diversions, bladder Substitution, and Orthotopic continent urinary diversions. In addition to other genitourinary tumors
