Replacement officer I was responsible to process insurance replacements that came through our company following strict compliance, rules and guidelines. Quality verification, I was responsible to review a percentage of employees work from a specific number of employees. I was responsible to provide them with accurate work assessments and set up improvement plans, how they can improve their quality versus quantity or provide advancements to those that excel. I would also train them in skills that maybe lacking.

I am responsible for reviewing Business Withholding tax accounts making tax, penalty or interest adjustments based on different percentages. Penalty and Interest adjustments depending on how late payments are received, or how late their taxes were paid. I also help customers with their accounts walking them through step- by-step procedures in filling out forms or required documents. I make sure they are sending in the correct forms and payments to avoid Interest and Penalty. I work allot with numbers, mathematical skills are a must, balancing many accounts and creating many adjustments a month. During the past year I have been training other Analysts and Sr. Agents on error correction, Query and Discrepancy work. I have been back up for all Sr agent queries for the past year. I have been covering for our Sr agent when their out of the office.

Currently in Revenue I work with internal and external customers, which include but is not limited to business owners and preparers, Internal customers include other departments, Sr. Agents and my supervisors. Previous work involved working with insurance agents, Underwriters and insurance customers, I worked in underwriting support at Allstate, but ended on the quality verification/training team where I helped train new employees and I checked monthly quality statistics. When I worked at National Research, before going on to Allstate I was in charge of the comments department. This job included interviewing job applicants, I also administered the typing and logical tests. There were approx.12 people I was responsible for.
LEADERSHIP
I have taken on more responsibilities over the past year answering every type of question not only for the withholding staff but also I.O and validation even Sales tax come to me to answer withholding questions. I have done allot of training from error correction to discrepancy accounts. I’ve been working large incentive account's and I received a monetary award for taking over the incentive accounts when the previous person responsible resigned. I have been doing Sr Agent work on many occasions, I have been the back up for the Sr Agent query work for the last year. I prefer to learn my position and take ownership, I try to go above and beyond what is expected of me.
