RESUME

EXPERIENCE:

Mar 2023 – Aug. 31, 2023 Commonwealth Inc. Walton, Ky OCSR – Outbound Customer Service Representative

Essential Functions:

The Outbound Customer Service Representative (OCSR) position was clerical, but also organizational. It involved creating and processing shipments using Load Guides from TSC

(Tractor Supply Company). All of this was done using Microsoft Excel and FLEXE (online warehouse management system). Organizing each day’s shipments and distributing them to the Outbound Area Leader where they are picked and loaded by operators. Though the position was mainly creating and completing shipments in FLEXE, there was an element of daily reporting, cycle counting, problem solving, and working side by side with other leaders on the TSC account. I had to pay great attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills as they will be dealing directly with the client via email and possibly even phone calls. This was also a PIT operating position. This role is basically a working manager that oversees the outbound operators while also picking and loading as needed. I was responsible for communicating with the Operations Manager, Yard Operator, and OB Operators on order status, trailer needs, completed loads, just to name a few. I was also responsible for making sure daily goals were met as TSC is a fast-paced OP. Load securing was another area where I needed to know my stuff or be trainable. Essentially, this person will be the go-to person for the Operations manager on the OB side. This position was also a PIT operating position that needed to lead by example.
