Employment Period: March 13, 2023 – May 27, 2023 (almost 3 months) Responsibilities:

I oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion by monitoring the progress onsite. Then, I am deciding what needs further attention or notify other parties if something hasn't been accomplished according to urgency levels specified by higher-ups.

I lead in managing, and administering facility services contracts related to technical aspects, including service level agreements (SLAs) and service specifications and monitor the performance metrics and carried-out obligations according on the KPI and service contractual requirements.

I always direct to keep and maintain consistent audit records to regular audits, inspections, and QHSE checks including life safety/risks on contracted facility services.

I plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones and coordinate with service providers on the requirements for preventative and corrective maintenance management, project work based on the contractual agreement, emergency response and other facility needs.

I oftenly review contractual terms and conditions, and develop amendments/modifications as needed related to technical aspects as mandated by the facility manager.

I analyze, manage and mitigate risks. Monitor QHSE and regulatory compliance of contractors. Conduct incident investigations as required.

Manage vendor relationships and perform successful reviews. Recommend improvements or termination as required based on the technical performance/compliance.

I prepare analytical and performance reports on contracts for management review and maintain records, files and documentation as well that are related to facilities contracts.

I support the Facility Manager on contract renewals, renegotiations of the terms of agreements and seeking competitive bids based on procurement requirements.

I coordinate and manage every aspect of a building project considering the weather conditions, and schedules to deliver the project on time and profitably.

I deal with what type of work needs to be done at any given time.

I review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.

I oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor building and safety regulations compliance.

I coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors and select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.

I review the work progress on a daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

I ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction and facilities management techniques.

Along with the Facility Manager, I spearhead to develop, implement, maintain, and improve the company's integrated management systems (IMS) about Quality and HSE for the facility contracts/services’ effective implementation.

I established faster surveying strategies and a system very effective in gathering data taking an average of 120 Man Hours to complete the scope in every project (Gathering Data Survey Stage).

Need only 24 Man Hours to release the 30% cutting list to the Fabrication Department, consistently completing any balance ahead of schedule (Cutting List Stage).

A minimal 2% of materials waste occurred due to my accuracy in cutting list deliberation

(Fabrication Stage).

I‘d always established installation layouts ahead of schedule (Installation Survey Stage).

I reduced reworks to 5% with my proper supervision and technical demonstration to site staff and workforce (Installation Stage).

No harmful incident or accident was recorded in all my projects in the result of my HSE policies and regulations compliance. Daily and regular 30-minute toolbox meeting was strictly implemented.

Responsibilities:

I was partly involved in the structural works and assigned & managed the interior and exterior civil/structural finishing including the set-up & erection of scaffolds for the entire work process. Supervising 8 Junior Civil Engineers, 2 General Foremen, 4 Foremen, 12 Leadmen and more than 150 field workers (skilled / laborers).

Assigned as one of the Structural / Rebar engineers who was in charge of checking and supervising the fixing of rebar in every single part of the structure as per approved detailing and scheduling.

Coordinate with the Formworks Team and other departments to make sure that work was executed orderly.

Involved in all inspections conducted by QA / QC Engineers in the Rebar Works.

Enhance and promote the productivity of the Reinforcement Services Team and t h e project’s various reinforcement works.

Do the quantity take-off and cutting lists.

As Field Engineer for these 3 projects (for 3 years):

I reduced the team members' absenteeism habit to 23% by motivating and giving incentives through overtime plus on a daily achieved goal and target basis.

I established a special scaffolding erection team, resulting to advanced set-up and preparation of the scaffolding system. Delays were avoided, achieving 18% more than the target on a daily basis.

Through proper engineering strategies, planning and execution, I avoided backwork and reduced the maintenance cost during the entire maintenance period.

Zero harmful and serious incidents/accidents were recorded, I had a separate regular 15-minute toolbox meeting daily before work achieving 1,200,000 Safe Man Hours in 3 years with my team alone.
