Short-term Technical Assistance to the National Cooperation Directorate.

Main responsibilities / Achievements:

• The objective of this short-term technical assistance mission is to support the National Directorate of Cooperation (DNC) in enhancing its capacities, both in terms of personnel and organizational structure, to facilitate the effective implementation of the National Policy Document on International Cooperation.

• During the mission, my tasks included, among others, establishing capacity-building training, providing advisory support to strengthen the organizational structure of the DNC, and contributing to the development of necessary Terms of Reference for the implementation of the National Policy Document on International Cooperation.

Main responsibilities / Achievements:

• The objective of the support mission was to provide institutional assistance in reviewing the project for the National Policy Document on International Cooperation by 2030 for the Republic of Guinea.

• During the mission, my tasks included, among others, conducting a comprehensive library review, revising and finalizing the cooperation process document, quantitatively analyzing cooperation in Guinea since 1958, and compiling the work done during the mission into a single document.

• Successfully expanded the company's presence in the African market through the establishment of strategic partnerships with over 18 local institutions across approximately 15 countries on the continent.

• Attained remarkable sales growth for the company in the African region, with revenues escalating from under $200,000 in 2019 to over $6 million as of April 2023.

• Effectively oversaw and negotiated large-scale contracts, which had the potential to reach a cumulative value of $35 million. These negotiations encompassed engagements with both private sector customers and government officials.

• Strategically designed and coordinated training sessions for local partners in Africa, aimed at fostering enhanced communication and collaboration practices.
