JANUARY 2023 - PRESENT REFERRAL MANAGEMENT This role allows the RMC staff to: review, disposition, and schedule referrals; monitor and track referrals; upload private sector care clear and legible results (CLRs) into MHSG; and close referrals per policy. This role allows the user to enter Right of First Refusal (ROFR) and DOD-Veteran Administration (VA) Resource Sharing Agreement (RSA) referrals without a provider co-signature. Per DHA policy, the only referral the RM staff may order are ROFRs. Referral renewals must be ordered by a privileged provider.
