Resume for Stanley D Wolkins

Born and raised in Tabor, Iowa. Graduated from Fremont Mills high school in 1961. Started with Western Electric (AT&T) in 1962, went through a four year training course to be become a machinist. Took a buy-out in 1992 because of down sizing. Was hired by Schrier Ford in 1992 to sell new cars, I quit after 2 days. Started selling real estate in 1993. Joined the Appraisal Institute in 1994 to meet appraisers. Went to two of their by-monthly meetings and bought a whole lot of drinks after the meetings. At the last meeting I was hired by R. J. Wilson in 1994 to do commercial appraisals. The MAI I was working for had a massive heart attack in 1996, he took off a month and his first day back at work he had a cheese burger and fries for lunch. I started appraising houses on the week ends. I got busy very shortly and gave R. J. Wilson a 30 day notice. Been doing mostly single family homes ever since Education:

Completed 147 credit hours at Creighton University, the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and Metro Tech., need 3 hours for a degree. Major fields of study were Computer Science, and Real Estate and Land Use Economics. Currently an MAI candidate. Classes taken through the Appraisal Institute
