AirWatch Administrator. Administrate and maintain the mobile device management of 1300 mobile devices for the judicial system. Duties include making sure the AirWatch environment is operational at all times. This includes making sure the servers are up and running, the services on those servers are up and running, and the services are communicating properly with the Console Server. Other duties include enrolling devices, and ensure devices are up to date, and not compromised, troubleshooting devices that are having issues. Help maintain the certificates on the AirWatch Servers. Teach Judges and other staff how to sign documents from their mobile devices.

Keep up on Cisco Sourcefire alerts. Sourcefire alerts us when PC’s are possibly infected, we troubleshoot these alerts and ensure the PC’s are removed and cleaned from the network if it is determined that they are infected.
Enroll all users for the judiciary in SANS Cyber Security Training once a year. Ensure that all users complete the training in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade the RSA Servers.
Use Cherwell Service Management to create and close tickets in a timely manner.
