Budget Management: Manage maintenance budgets for each property within the region to meet yearly goals for the property, the corporate office as well as individual investors. Collaborate with property managers to align maintenance efforts with property goals. Oversee Capital Expenses for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports. Maintain accrual logs for efficient budget maintenance.

Vendor and Contractor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors. Continuously seek out best practices for high standards of property management. Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality workmanship. Work with internal stakeholders to provide visibility and efficiency. Monitor vendor performance and adherence to service agreements.
