Duties at the hospital solely consisted of editing/correcting medical terminology or grammatical errors in all reports including CT, MRI, ultrasound, PET, X-ray, etc. from radiologists throughout the Avera Health Systems, including some ESL, through PowerScribe.
Responsibilities with the Breast Center were interpreting and transcribing mammograms, biopsies, ultrasounds, and other breast-related procedures whether on-site or at one of several satellite clinics in the Avera Health System as well as deciphering hand-written mammogram and procedure reports from on-site radiologists.
