Key strategy is data consolidation from various source systems such as SAP ECC, JDE, Work Day, Siebel, SAP CRM and Other enterprise business systems. Capital Markets and Risk Management Group, Bank of Montreal, Toronto Apr ’10 – June 2012 PIX is BMO’s middleware which receives/sends the XML messages from/to Proponix through internal Management Queue (MQ). Whenever we receive a message from proponix, a confirmation message is sent back. PIX utilizes DB2 to store and manage the messages on the Master Header Tables and DIT

(Data Interface Tables). Data stored in DB2 tables are used for reporting in BMO (Bank of Montreal). Business Objects is used for reporting, query and analysis for the data processed in OTL and PIX. All the information is consolidated from OTL and PIX and reported in the required format. From this users can take advantage of reconciling the messages sent/received from PIX to OTL. The users have the capability to run on-request reports. There are different categories of reports: On-request, Batch and Intraday. The reports are also categorized based on the process, such as: GL, DDA, PIX-EXTRACT, SWIFT etc.

Member Provider Network Report for Keenan, USA Jul –’09 – Dec– ‘09 Keenan wishes to enhance the functionality and end user experience on the MPN report, to deliver further value to its customers. MPN stands for “Member Provider Network”. MPN is a program offered to Keenan’s customers so that they can derive certain worker’s compensation benefits. All clients who are registered under this network are advised a set of doctors, hospitals and other providers. When an MPN client incurs any cost, he may or may not opt for the MPN benefits depending on any reason. Some of the challenges faced with the earlier version of this report are: static nature, inconsistent data being reported and limited UI features. The objective of this project is to overcome these challenges and thereby provide an enriched visual representation with more dynamic content. 2. Enhanced P&C Bridge Reports for Keenan, USA Mar ’09

Valley Oak is the application that administers and processes all claims for Worker’s compensation line of business currently within Keenan. Property and Liability (P&L) line of Business is being currently administered and processed by a legacy application called GenSource. The objective is to move the P&L claim administration from GenSource to Valley Oak. This Business Intelligence initiative is to change the existing Data Warehouse to source P&L claim analytics data from Valley Oak, which was being fetched from GSL. The project also entails requirements to build reports from the new system and email delivery capabilities.

Keenan provides superior insurance products to a large number of divisions/subsidiaries like Schools and other Public Agencies. They provide financial security for their employee benefits, workers' compensation and property and liability programs. The process of collection of data and generating reports for driving business decisions is very complex and is currently being done manually. Being a manual process, it is very labor-intensive. There could also be issues like erroneous, missing, or conflicting data that may lead to repeated misreporting. 5. Franklin Templeton 13FG Project, USA Jun ’07 –

Apr ‘08 Franklin files three regulatory forms, 13F, 13G, and 13D, to the Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as required by the SEC under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. There are many problems with erroneous, missing, and conflicting data that may lead to repeated misreporting. Franklin Templeton Technologies (“FTT”) has reviewed and discovered that the main causes of the data discrepancies are due to:

● The business logic of the report(s) currently produced which do not capture required information.

● Timing & synchronization issues pertaining to source systems and data feeds

● Lack of controls in the process (e.g., a report to flag errors or missing information). The process for gathering the data and filing the form with the SEC, as currently performed, is very labor- intensive, primarily due to manual research. Additionally, the generation of cover letters, the schedules/ forms and other material, as well as the Electronic Data-Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system

(“EDGAR”) filing process, is also extremely labor-intensive. There is considerable risk to information integrity when a process as complex as gathering data for the 13F/D/G filings is performed manually. Responsibilities include,
