Corporate position responsible for site operations, inner company mergers and integration.

Created TASI by combining global operations from Triumph Insulation Systems, Triumph Composite Systems, and Triumph Group Mexico.

Site locations include Spokane WA, Taylorsville NC, Mexicali Mexico, Zacatecas Mexico, Beijing China, Hamburg Germany, Toulouse France, and Saint Nazair France.

Headcount of 3,200+, production volumes over 9,000 parts per day with total revenue of approximately $300+ million per year.

Acquisition Integration of manufacturing and service operations in Taylorsville North Carolina and Hamburg Germany.

Full P&L responsibility for multi country operating sites located in Mexico, China, Germany, and France.

Industrialization responsibilities include facility start up operations in China and Europe as well as product line start up and facility expansion in Mexico.

Product lines include Thermal Acoustic Products, Plastic Manufacturing, Soft Goods Manufacturing, and Assembled Products.

MEXMIL GLOBAL SERVICES (acquired by Triumph Group)

Facilitated complete company start up and full P&L responsibility for an Aerospace Manufacturer and FAA 145 Repair Station.

Additional responsibilities included Product Line Vice President responsible for Plastics and Soft Goods in multi plant locations in Dallas Texas and Mexicali Mexico.

Product line integration: Lead the stabilization of the Soft Goods and Plastic product line in Mexicali Mexico. Succeeded in taking both production lines to 95% + efficiencies and 99% + first pass yield.

New facility start up in Beijing China as part of a 50/50 joint venture which later became wholly owned. Site was qualified for both Airbus and KHI manufacturing of A350, A340, A330, and 787 platforms INTECH AEROSPACE SERVICES 2000 - 2006

VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS 2002 – 2006

Formerly Aircraft Interior Resources

Maintained position after divesting Aircraft Interior Resources to Intech Aerospace

Full P&L responsibility for manufacturing and FAA 145 Repair stations in Houston Texas and Knoxville Tennessee.

Managed three facilities within the United States as well as traveling crews working at customer locations

Created post 911 management team to navigate the company through the aviation downturn created by events of 911.

Increased gross margins from 20% during downturn to 50% at peak DIRECTOR OF SUPPLY CHAIN 2000 – 2002

Hired to manage the materials department and implement new computer systems.

Responsibilities: over all supply chain management including Purchasing, Materials Planning, Information Systems, Inventory, and Shipping / Receiving.

After a short time, responsibilities were expanded to include Customer Service, Program Management, and Accounts Receivables.
