SCHOOL PERFORMANCE

• I. As an academic teacher at Mkombozi Montessori Primary School Tanzania, I managed to upheld the school's general performance as the Fruits were well harvested in the 2018 TPLE ( Tanzania primary leaving examinations), when the school obtained the best position at the district and country level/ kitaifa. All were achievement from combined efforts of all work mates right from the compound sweepers, cooks, Children, teachers and lastly the school management. II. Through leadership lessons, games and Sports like football, swimming, debates, suck race competitions. This helped to enhance the pupils both phsyco motor and cognitive abilities, behavioral change & growth of self esteem. Visiting of Taifa and Azam football stadiums, Kigamboni Fun city, DAR-ES-SALAAM Zoo, Bagamoyo historical sites. Led to exposure of children in different scenarios.
