Duties: When I started at this clinic everything was done by paper, I helped implement the work que system and managed those accounts. I did all the prior authorizations for all of the doctors through Allina Health Women's clinics through these work ques (18 doctors & 4 NP), Had to figure out what the CPT codes were for each surgery and enter it into to computer system for Prior Authorization. I also worked the Referral work que, sent letters, faxed records to insurance companies.
