Hired in Jan 2022 for a WFH customer service position within United Health Care, after 4 weeks Broad Path recognized my qualifications and work experience and immediately promoted me to the QA department as a flex QA. I stayed there until the end of May 2022 and was promoted to FT QA and was moved to their Molina Health Care department, where I stayed until Sept. 2022. In Sept 2022 I was transferred from Molina Health Care Quality department to Experian Quality department of Broad path. The reason for this move was that I had assisted the Molina Quality department getting their numbers up to where they needed to be. Now it was time to do the same for the Experian Quality department.

I have now been at Broad path for 15 months. With my ability to aid their different quality departments to achieve their goals. Broad path recognized this and have continued to transfer me where I am needed. In my 15 months I have been with United Health, Centene, Molina and now with Experian quality department of Broad path.
