Project Description:

The Corporate Action COE utilizes two core systems to support the corporate action needs of clients. GCAS is an internally developed and maintained system supporting all custody clients. GCAS will be enhanced to support the Corporate Action needs of middle office clients additionally to build a single CA system for both Custody and MO clients. Existing functionality in GCAS will be leveraged to build a state-of-the-art application suite that can support all business lines and focus growth and investment in a strategic long- term IT solution. Internally developed Middle Office interfaces will be retained for normalizing account and position data to enable the quick onboarding of new Middle Office business. This process requires enhancing the existing features of GCAS to accommodate middle office corporate action requirements.
