Organize all maintenance employees daily logs for the dedicated department monthly. Inventory parts at delivery and year end. Verified fleet is in compliance with DOT & Safety regulations, Indiana’s registrations are up to date for the fleet. New hire I9 forms are completed. Answering emails and phone inquiries asap. Customer service to our drivers, fleet managers and especially our post office customers.

Wage reports for benefits, unemployment and LOA claims. Update addresses, direct deposits, managers for drivers and tax information for employees. Prep garnishments for payroll manager. Isolved inquiries and provided payroll support to driver managers. Update the manual check spreadsheet for every payroll for the payroll administrator. Answer phone inquiries from employees and process incoming mail. Knowledge of the contract breakdowns for routes and split shift times. Payroll entries for over 200 drivers according to their contract hours, overtime, late slips, reimbursements, vacations and layovers.
