I started out in the restaurant industry in the mid-nineties as a line cook working at various bars and fine dining establishments until finally landing a fairly permanent job at a Sushi restaurant called “Saji-Ya.” There I learned how to do everything in the restaurant over the next 15 years. During that time, I also opened and moonlighted at more places than I can count to gain as much experience and knowledge as possible, and also to gain a reputation and build networks within the industry.
I am currently employed at N’gon Bistro; but I am looking for new challenges and feel that I am extremely competent and adaptable to anything involving the hospitality industry.
