Worked extensively on department Mill / Feed, Sweetener, Wet Feed JET’s and also on the certifications.

Worked on completing some of the smaller FI hopper items with contractors, maintenance, IE team.

Continue to provide coverage for Plant Coordinators when needed.

Work with carbon room DEC, and WPO. Worked with operators to gain their buy-in by ordering the necessary equipment to complete tasks.

I have operators trust as I have assisted them when switching rates in 97DE plant ie MVR’s, steam evaps when day operator is gone.

Led a few sweetener projects from start to completion (piping to recycle MVR, check valve install for HCL to IX, flow meters installed for HCL to CBF, and soda ash to evap supply, line 2 starch pre-heater, 97 separate piping for MVR and line 1 supply. RP filters for line 1 day tanks, line 2 vacuum receiver valves for precoating. I have many more in the bucket after carbon integration is complete to get started on.

Worked on boiler house projects and feed house projects too. ( installed automatic flush valve for HSW to mud tank, germ dryer feed slide gate install, BE03 pit improvement.

Have sent out a few OPL’s on items that have some up for sweetener department.

Ran the OIT program and met with employees to ensure proper training was getting completed.
