●Partnered with the Chief Project Manager in laying the groundwork for the PMO.

●Worked closely with the Chief PM to identify the process of creating and executing the Integrated Master Schedule.

●I managed two programs Change board Bombardier Cseries, and Mitsubishi MJet. I applied knowledge of change and configuration management processes to ensure compliance with the project plan. All major changes were identified as Risk or Opportunity.

●RIO – Risk Issue and Opportunity. I managed RIO for the CSeries and MJET programs. I assembled a team of experts from different teams to provide me the costs associated with building the product. We would meet weekly to discuss those items that had been identified from the Change board as potential changes.

Critical Chain Program Manager 2009 - 2013

●Responsible for the implementation and administration of Concerto in Propulsion division Wichita Kansas. CSeries Propulsion Program resulted in an overall 18% reduction of cycle time for the first test pylon supplied to Bombardier.

●Part of a team of project management specialists that was focused on Critical chain implementation; responsible for building processes and resolving implementation issues as they arose.
