limited to front desk registration, surgery schedulers, medical

records, appointment scheduling, patiem balances and

collections, I fill in as needed in any of these capacities, helping

answer phones, check in and out patients, collect copays and

balances due, scan in medical records to our EMR, verify

information from cach patient, calling patients to schedule

appointments from referrals, end of day balancing, count all

cash drawers daily and send information to Wake Forest Baptist

Health, Hold meetings for front operations, change doctor's

schedules as needed. Do payroll as needed when manager is out

of the office and send to Wake Forest Baptist Health. have

been the interim practice coordinator since February 13, 2013.1

have written the schedules, taken care of the call lists, dispersing

to the hospitals and other offices as needed, have been to

manager meetings and LEADS meetings since February. fill

out check reimbursement sheets for physicians and check for

BTO requests before forwarding on to the Corporate Office.

make sure the office is running smoothly on a daily basis. Help

employees in areas when needed, I have also taken care of any

write ups needed for employees and been advised to do so with

my Corporate Manager.
