Mission Statement
Excellence, not average, is my measure. I enjoy transforming something that’s average into something wonderful. Like a diver after pearls, I enjoy searching out and watching for the telltale signs of the strengths in others. While others who seem to have found their own strengths energize me, I also enjoy cultivating others to achieve and become all they can be. I capitalize on the gifts with which I have; it's more fun and much more productive. I place high value on responsibility and in ethics-both in others and myself. My family and friends say that I am caring, and accepting.
