PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Capability Developer Yorktown Systems Group Fort Moore, GA 2022 to current

Air Branch Robotic Enablers / Capability Developer for Robotic Requirement Division (RRD). Performs key roles in development of unmanned robotics system capability requirement for the Army. Writes Capability Development Document and other supporting material for submission through the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes. Leads assessment to identify capability gaps and develops solutions. Integrates the Doctrine, Organization, Training, materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy requirements to resolve or mitigate those gaps through data analysis. Responsible for the capability management of the Air Robotics maneuver Test and Evaluation requirements in coordination with the Test and Analysis Office.
