includes handling payroll, scheduling and local store marketing. I also handle all of the interviewing and hiring of our team.

Crisis Interventionist, Preventionist, Transitional Living Specialist August 2007 — June 2009

I provided crisis intervention services along with long term counseling to runaway or locked out youth and their families. I

also worked with high risk and displaced youth by provided housing along with life skills classes. My position as a

Preventionist included providing drug and alcohol prevention courses to area middle and high schools.

SKILLS

First and foremost, my experience with high-risk youth have provided me with a strong skillset when needing to handle high

intensity situations and have also provided me with the ability to adapt well to changing circumstances. I have always had a passion

for working with youth and providing support where I can in their development. As a business owner working alongside my

husband, I support our operations by handling hiring, onboarding, scheduling and payroll. Furthermore, I have had the

opportunity to learn various other aspects of business such as inventory, marketing and quarterly business planning (QBP).
