Review the project scope (SOW) for accuracy, functionality, and ensure that it agrees with the client’s business goals.

Create business Intelligence dashboards to monitor project performance within Jira and PowerBI. Liaise with other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure that the time and cost plans are updated to reflect the latest information. Develop, baseline and status master program schedule for programs. Determined production priorities by studying master production schedule and customer requirements.

Developed and updated master schedule and the detailed schedule in Primavera and provided updates to the progress projects to the project manager. Maintained and continuously improved master scheduling system for each Business Unit. Schedule and any Recovery Schedules based upon input from the Project Engineer, field staff and the subcontractors.

Provided Supports to the program manager and the project scheduling manager by with adequate reports for settlements of claims and purchasing activity in projects.
