Review the project scope (SOW) for accuracy, functionality, and ensure that it agrees with the client’s business goals.

Determined production priorities by studying master production schedule and customer requirements.

Developed and updated master schedule and the detailed schedule in Primavera and provided updates to the progress projects to the project manager. Maintained and continuously improved master scheduling system for each Business Unit.
