ELECTRICAL SAFETY: Train all personnel to disconnect or otherwise de-energize all tools and equipment before inspection or servicing . Energy Isolation (LO/TO) Designed and implemented a multi-step program using the first-on/Last-off concept. Preformed monthly audits to insure program effectiveness and contractor compliance. Temporary power ensures all contractor supplied power equipment meets OSHA standards, by performing equipment inspections, GFCI or assured grounding testing and documentation, reviewing inspection and maintenance documents.

CLAIMS MANAGEMENT: Monitor claims cost and develop strategies to improve and minimize corporate risk. Conduct retrospective and account analysis, maintain necessary documentation related to claims review and management. Provide risk management with current claims information and additional assignments per Risk Manager. Coordinate with medical service’s any treatment for an injured employee, ensure employee attends all appointments. Ensure all applicable injury report forms are completed and forwarded to insurance administrator. Perform accident investigation to find root cause of accident and implement procedures to prevent reoccurrence.
